Whenever you get a craving, get down and do 20 pushups, or 50 ab-crunches. I mean it!

I should try this Dream Patch technique...Seareach wrote:WOW! I left my nicotine patch on last night (I usually take it off when I go to sleep). BOY did I have some really intense dreams...some which included Watch members (but due to content I can't really get into detail about them!![]()
). Feel like I've been dreaming all night long!

Heh, yeah, I've had dreams where I've got up for work, pottered around the house, eaten breakfast, brushed my teeth and actually got to the office, only to wake up and find I have to do it all again. I also once dreamed a really, really long shift at work, and was not happy about it.Wyldewode wrote:I dream often and quite vividly. This morning I had stayed over at a friend's house and needed to get up. I thought I got out of bed and walked out the door and into the hall. I felt the cold air touch my skin, felt the carpet on my feet, saw the tabby cat in the hallway when I opened the door. And then my alarm went off! It was very weird--almost as if I had an out of body experience. But not really.![]()
