The one I'm currently using:
If you don't know what eschatology is then don't worry; it's not the end of the world.
is something a friend of mine once came out with. It amused me no end, but that was before I started using any Internet forums.
Then it occurred to me to use it as a signature. A couple of years ago, I had the good fortune to meet an admin of another forum who said that they had been discussing it, and that it had all the admins looking the word "eschatology" up.
If you don't know what eschatology is then don't worry; it's not the end of the world.

I happened to spot your signature just after I started reading Illuminatus!, which makes repeated mention of "immanentising the eschaton", so I would fortunate enough to be in a position to get it. :biggrin: It amused me. :biggrin:
