I think it's worth saying that if we put a root sign over a number, it is assumed to be a square root. In any other case, you define the value of what you're 'rooting' the number to by writing that number next to the little root sign.bjfrary wrote:I have read this before and so many problems with it. also there is the assumption that root means square root... well what about cube root or 4th root...etc

Yes it is, Finn. As most of us know live is an intransitive verb meaning "to have life, as an organism; be alive; be capable of vital functions." So we end up with this equation:

It is clearly an equation that states a simple fact: without women NO ONE here would be alive!
