Is the fried/cheesy foods what you have been
told to eat? I can easily see that making you feel full/bloated. It's the basic premise behind all of the fat allowed on the Atkins plan.
Have you consulted a nutritionist, as well as your physician? And has your blood sugars been checked? For either hyoglycemic or diabetic symptoms?
