It leaves no more to be desired than you willingness to commit destruction. What right have you to claim the only answer to such issues is destruction? What if I have only been making vain threats or promises? Given that my actions have been largely peaceful towards you, I doubt you have the basis to make such claims.Bhakti wrote:Sister, I would ask for a review of the Law in this. Nor Yekith has been threatening me since we arrived on Eiran. But his threats have always been vague. General. This time, however, he is quite clear - he will kill my son if I do not sacrifice my life to him. Is the Law truly so blind as to think he is innocent of wrongdoing? Is it truly so blind as to say that those who wish to be left alone have no right to stop those who will not leave them alone? We may not limit the growth of the Evil ones who make specific threats, much less attempt to weaken their them so they will be unable to harm the innocent; but our only Legal course of action is to put up defensive walls, and hope for the best??? The Law leaves much to be desired.
Oh, I am sorry. Forgive me for being antagonistic. I'm a rather peaceful god.Jove wrote:Not once has Nor Yekith denied writing it and in fact claims it just to be threats.
You marrying Bhakti is enough to make me suspect that you have poor taste.Jove wrote:You are suspect.

I hear Bhakti's 'got wood', and that he boasts about having a big branch. Though when my Houka entered his lands they saw it was just a twig on a diseased tree.
Ummm . . . I guess I tried to make them too much like the Spartans.Jove wrote:nor, I didn't realize that your houka were gay!

I hear your request, Lord of the Seas. Though Nor Yekith's purposes for Eiran are clear, however, the mutagens which polluted the seas might have been intended as a means of waste disposal without the intentions of a covert attack. This does not make the destruction any less loathsome, but it might be solved with less than open war.
Therefore, here are the terms of Law:
1) That Nor Yekith swears an Oath to the AllFather that the mutagens he poured into the oceans were not meant as an attack of any sort upon the realm or interests of any other god;
2) That Nor Yekith offers an apology to Undine, along with assurance this will not happen again;
3) That the pouring of mutagens into the sea, be it through direct or indirect means - including the pouring of mutagens in rivers and lakes which later empty into the sea - cease immediately and verifiably, and does not resume afterwards;
4) That reparations be offered by Nor Yekith to Undine, according to terms the two gods will mutually discuss, under the supervision of the God of Justice and the Goddess of Law, and that both Nor Yekith and Undine agree upon.
Should all these terms be met by the onset of Spring, the incident will be over. Should any of these terms not be met, or be rescinded afterwards, Nor Yekith will immediately be found in violation of Law, and will face the full brunt of Justice and Law's wrath.
I am more than willing to swear an oath on these clauses. Give me a day to think on them and I should invoke the oath. However, I have already sworn the oath once (the Allfather will confirm this) this season; given that it was decided the oath must not be invoked so often, I doubt it is possible to swear it again so soon.
But I would love to agree with the terms and conditions.
Other than your promise to kill Zephyr, who spoke of destruction?Nor Yekith wrote:It leaves no more to be desired than you willingness to commit destruction. Argothoth a pawn!! He is a frickin 10 DRP God ... with an bonded ascendant that is 5 DRP and an ally he resurrected that is a 5 DPR!!Bhakti wrote: ....
Regarding Argothoth, it is clear that he is your pawn, and that he will act as your Malice dictates. The only way to accomplish anything with him is through you. And as you will be killing my son when I do not sacrifice myself to you, I am sure nothing will be accomplished in that direction.
