I'm jealous, I want to play golf tomorrow, but I'm working all weekend

On a brighter note, my oldest daughter (16) has returned to Scotland from New Zealand and she's coming down to see us this weekend - haven't seen her for over 3 years, so it's gonna be a good weekend for me. She's never seen her half brother or sister so it'll be a steep learning curve for all involved.

In America it is Father's Day...so I hope for R & R... but it may be hard to come by.

Write, study algebra, go to lunch in order to celebrate getting the job, and sleep.

I'm going to take my dad out for Father's Day. I think my brother plans to go too... I will NOT pay for my brother... long story, but justifiable. I am hoping we can do a picnic in the park and do hot dogs *shudder*, chicken etc, but the forcast calls for a ton more rain. Arg. Anyway, I got my dad a t-shirt that says "This is what a really cool grampa looks like." hehe Nick gave it his approval.

Well, that's my oldest off home again. Things went well, all things considered. My youngest two got on well with her, and I managed to catch up with all her latest news.

I had a nice brunch on the rooftop over at Osondrea and Lord Mormon's place. Alot of FBH peops were there including expertsTadhg O'Higgins and Niall O'Higgins and Dr Lev. Lucimay came with me and it was alot of fun. Lucimay and I spent a fair bit of time laughing at each other's silliness. After that, Atrium, Julie, Lord Foul (our actor not the watcher) and I filmed the final filming neccessary(for me anyway) to wrap up FBH. We had some problems with lighting which were very frustrating but we can work with what we got. Julie also filmed my first and only appearance on the show in the official capacity of Camerman Jenn. I'm the final outro. I step from behind the older camera on a tripod and say, "That's a wrap, thanks for watching, bye." I'm sure I look like a total dork because I hate being on camera, I always get nervous. Oh well, it is what is is.

I had a good time getting the rust out of my golf swing on Friday. The weather was a little warm but bearable.

I went out on Sunday to watch the U.S. Open. When I went home, I found that Mani, my Boston Terrier pup, had gotten behind the desk and chewed the cable to my router. I should have seen it coming, he got to the phone line to the Directv box the day before. Now my connection doesn't work at home. I'll have to look tomorrow to see if I can fix it.

Growing pains of the little ones. *sigh*

It's a little older, so it's not that pricy. I don't really remember how much he said he spent on it, but it's not too bad, I suppose.

C and I meant to ride up to a lake, but we couldn't make it to because the road wasn't paved all the way, so we played around in the rocky river the pavement ended at.

No, C pulled out his camera while we were riding and snapped the pic real quick like. Was really lucky that it came out so clear, but I wish it got more of him as well. (Not that you can see him through the tint)

Yes, I know it wasn't safe. But we also weren't going very fast at all. And hell, if he wants to drop and break his camera it's his to break.

first we stayed at the Venetian in a nice suite for two nights, some Inn at the Grand Canyon, then a penthouse in Treasure Island when back in Vegas.
