Alright, I got some more questions. What was the name of the place where Vespers was held? Also was the big public hall where the Lords met the same place? If not, what was that one called?

Vespers was held in the Sacred Enclosure. The Ampitheater was where the populace of Revelstone went to hear things like "Lord Kevin's Lament" and so forth...it later came to hold the banefire...

So there were two places, one being the Sacred Enclosure, and another being the Amphitheatre.

I don't remember there being a place known as the Amphitheatre, and, for some reason, I do feel as though there was a place called the Close ... ?

no..the Close was seperate from the Sacred Enclosure. the Close was where the Lords held council. The Amphitheater was part of the Sacred Enclouser. It was where the populace of Revelstone met. The Sacred Enclosure was kind of "in front" of the Amphitheater...from it's balconies people could look down on the Enclosure.

Actually I just had a memory flash ... there was some place out in the open air above Revelstone, where something was held, too, right? Atiaran either gave or was moved by, something recited there.

the amphitheater was open to the air. There is also the Upland Plateau, above Glimmermere. Then there is the Courtyard, beyond the Tower, that was also open.

Ok, ok ... so let me get my head around this ...

Amphitheatre, open air, atop Revelstone (Inland Plateau).

Sacred Enclosure, tall round hole with balconies on heaps of levels. Vespers is held here.

Close, meeting room of Lords, down in the depths a bit, not too far from their quarters.

How's that sound?

well, the Amphitheater wasn't "atop Revelstone"...it rose up thru the Keep with many radiating passageways thru all levels of the Keep.

As you enter Revelstone thru the main gate, you go thru the tunnel by the tower. you then come to the Courtyard. Beyond the courtyard are the inner gates and the forehall. From the forehall you go down the passageway into the main keep...you go past the Lord's Quarters, to the Close. Beyond the Close is the Sacred Enclosure and the Amphitheater....off one of the passageways from the Amphitheater is the Hall of Gifts, down a few levels...
And I believe in you
