I feel.....POWERFULL.

I've officially started the KW Soap Craze.

I need to go buy some Ivory tommarrow. Oh, and it HAS to be Ivory soap. Dunno why.

Very interesting. I don't think I'm going to try that one at home. I don't feel like cleaning up the microwave. :)

High L-rd, I had made a promise to not encourage BGB in these endeavors. As the intial thread is in my forum, I have to take some responsibility, no?

Well...I dunno.

If she decides to take up my suggestion of putting the microwave in the trunk of her car whenever she leaves the apartment...

I just bought several fish for my large aquarium. The older, smaller one will be converted to hold crustaceans.

A pretty boring weekend...and I'm trying not to gnaw my arm off (since I've given up smoking again and this time FOR EVER!!!!)

My mother is down visiting and so she's been looking after SoS a bit but I've been cleaning the house rather than doing anything exciting. BAH!

Good Girl!!! Remember, there is always somthing to do besides smoke. quiting smoking is a big deal so pick up another big thing like learn an instrument or take up a new sport. either way good job, positive vibes in your direction and keep it up cuz smokers smell bad. i'm going on seven months without a puff and i thought i could never do it.

I played poker last night with a bunch of smokers. That was enough to put me of it for good. With all the cycling I've been doing, I'm really conscious of the stuff that goes in me, and the smoke last night was completely disgusting. I got home after 2AM and exhausted last night, and had to shower before I got into bed.

Apart from chilling in front of PC and TV with some really great wine, I helped my climbing partner start an indoor climbing wall inside his flat, going up the blank double-volume stairwell wall.

I wonder what his landlord will say... :LOLS: (Pics when it's a bit further developed. We only managed about 10 grips on Saturday night...the drilling is starting to get a bit complicated now... :D )

Thanks BB! I gave up for a month or so at the start of year but caved... However, I'm determined I'm going to kick the habit. You're right, I need to find something to do (as when I'm not smoking I feel like I have far too much time on my hands and start going stir crazy!). Last time I gave up I got hooked on lollypops but not this time!

And good for you for giving up for 7 months!!! :D

a few years ago i gave it up for a whole year and picked up a guitar. i never touched an instrument before but i've been playing that thing everyday since and gotten damn good at pluckin on it. now i've picked up a few other stringed instruments and a piano. the point is there are a lot of things out there to really get your mind off it, and those things could change your life in a big way.

Exercise, exercise, exercise. Getting into shape will do more to put you off smoking, drinking, and overeating than anything else.
