How do you feel today?

I'm sunburned as hell. Climbed yesterday, started it was threatening rain. Couple hours later, it was boiling hot. Good climbing though.

Glad you're all amused by the pic.

I've been meaning to put one up for ages, but I never do today what I can put off until tomorrow...so...anyway, I have no doubt that a more recent one will be up before long.

Though I'll be surprised as hell if you see Mel here very often.

I'm off back to the 'Tank.

I am feeling disturbed. I had to interview a pedophile for his parole. I almost walked out of the process following some of the comments he made.

Oh hell...my day just got worse.

Looks like I'll know by the end of the week if my job will last out the month. Worst will be the loss of my internet connection.

*shrug* Life's a bitch. At least I'm better positioned to handle a couple months without pay than I ever have been before. Not ideal, but easily survivable. And you never know...miracles do happen.

I just had to run through the pouring rain and hail to move my car under cover, now I'm sitting at my desk soaked through to the skin.

Ideally, I think a free home connection and getting paid to do nothing would be perfect. Failing that, I'll take the job lasting for 4 more months. Otherwise, I'm gonna be MIA before too long.
