That's gotta be really tough. You're a stronger person than I, there's no way I'd be able to face someone like that.

I guess one has to be if you work in a correctional centre. I mean, if you can work their from the start, you have resources to be strong. God knows, in the last ten weeks I've had to be really tough on offenders.

I feel good. I met a completely bat-shit insane 17 year old Saturday.

Unfortunately, I couldn't bust a move. Something about feeling filthy.

Sunday night I had to take an hour and a half long shower.

I'm clean now.

So...

I feel clean.

My legs are soooooore. Its been two days since the half marathon, and my legs are getting better slowly, but I still hurt when walking up or down stairs.

I had a great time on the run though, lovely morning, I felt fit and went fairly fast, 2hrs and 4mins for the half, just two minutes off my PB, very happy with that.

Now I must be going really crazy, as I'm thinking I can do a full marathon next year.

Sorry about your job uncertainty, Av. You need to take over your government, man. It's about time. That'll end the silliness.

Hey, good to see you around, Waddley!

Jenn, looking forward to your photos!

And Esmer, that is one awesome V For Vendetta picture! 8)

Menolly, there are no outdoor pics of my eyes. :D I don't set foot outside without my shades. However, she insists that she'll post an indoor one today. :D

Hey Wadds. :D

Hey, dunno about Canada, but here under the harsh African sun, you better believe I do. :D

And my eyes are sensitive to the light. Which gets worse, the longer I wear shades. :D

I know all about the harsh SA sun :) But I agree, shades don't really help the eyes and I think I stopped wearing them when I lost my 8th pair of relatively expensives sunnies - and I'm a lot happier because of it

Now we just have to wait for your stukkie (she's gonna kick my ass for saying that) to post a more recent indoor pic ;)
