Tattoo Idea

Post by balon! »

I've decided on a tattoo. Originally a flash-scene from the Fifth Element, I tweaked it a little, and now is my final decision.

Anyway, from top left to right, then bottom left to right.

Fire: flows upward
Water: falls straight (rain)
Earth: the straight base
Air: flows across the sky.

What'dya think? Any improvements you can think of?

Looks cool.

I still want to get my quadratic formula tatoo one day...

If only I was drunk enough sometime... :(

That the shape you're gonna have them in? Square? Where?

Personally, (and this is just personally), I'd have them in a vertical row: air, fire, water earth (from the top down).

Depends where you put it really.

*nod*

Definitely to each their own, Av.

I really like the implied (twisted) symmetry in Balon's square.

***edit***

Or, to state it differently, the implied Equilibrium. :)

I bet if Melirelle ever stuck her head out of the Pantheon, she'd have something to add as well!

Yeah, I'm planning on a two inch sqaure; an inch a piece.

As for location, I was going to put it on the inside of my wrist, but since it's permanent, and it might affect my future job plans, I've decided on my upper arm.

I'll do another doodle with it vertical but, like Men said, i like the strange balance it has in a square.
