Amazing! So there actually is a "trick" part!?! This Halloween-stuff is rather new in sweden (I strongly suspect it was brought here by clever shop-keepers who realised they could sell more stuff if there was one big weekend before X-mas. I really have no strong objections myself, every reason for a masquerade is a good reason...

Anyway, the kids here just walk around (rather badly dressed I think, not funny or really with some kind of work behind their costumes) and say the swedish translation of trick and treat. I have tried to say "well, I´ll have some trick then, please" and then they go angry leave... But if the trick-thing might be eggs thrown at my door, then I wont say that this year....
