Well, I still am not sure if I'm inside the asylum or outside of it.

Greetings...

Hail and Well Met. I have been a SRD fan since... well, since I can remember reading. I won't say that the Covenant titles were the first books read, but they certainly were the first set of books that got me thinking about something other than JRR.

Glad to finally be a part of The Watch. My presence here is long overdue. Thanks for being here, I hope to become a very active member.

Until that time...

for The Rose doth live in me!

You are welcome and well come, Ouronos. And I'm interested in your name. Would you consider posting an explanation on the Summonsing thread titled "Your Name Here?" I am curious.

Hello Ouronos!

A word of advice about reading the Gap Cycle (when you do get around to reading it): Don't judge it just by the first book (which is pretty intense), it gets better and better as the series goes on...

Hey, folks!

Been lurking about for a while, and am really impressed by the community here. I'm a lifelong SRD fan, and an aspiring writer--- so I hope to join your writers' group.

Looking forward to being around for a long time!

Thanks to everyone for the warm welcome!

And Menolly, I think I can manage that--- I'm playing golf on Longboat Key Friday!

Is there still only one course on Longboat Key? I haven't been down that way in two and a half decades.

I think there are only two (and they're both private, now): Islandside and Harborside (I'll be playing the White course at Harborside).

Sarasota county is so good for golf--- but I don't get out more than once a month (when I'm lucky)!

Good to see FL is well-represented on the Watch!

We have a new law here at KW.....newbies have to try overtake Avatar's post count :)

Oh and is the term newbies a bad thing? Should we rather be saying something Donaldson'ish?

You do not hear, and so you cannot be redeemed.

In the name of their ancient pride and humiliation, they had made commitments with no possible outcome except bereavement.

He knew only that they had never striven to reject the boundaries of themselves.
