It'd take you a long time to blow up or shoot all the sheep in this country, but one diseased banana...could kill 'em all.

I didn't even know sheep ate bananas.

We had a long talk. Things are...kind of fixed. She thought I'd lost interest, so she stopped seeking it. Which, in turn, led to me thinking she'd lost interest. I swear, it's like a bloody soap. Anyway, we very nearly called it a day, but we're going to try and start from scratch - start going on proper dates again, buying flowers, etc. See how it goes.

Communication.

Keep it open, keep it fresh, keep it honest, keep it constant.

Without it, misunderstanding festers.

Well, hope things go smashingly, Cov. Nothing like a positive attitude. . . I'm a big believer in the power of expectation: what you expect greatly influences what the result is.

And today I feel: okay. :)

I'm feeling really ill.

But I saw my older brother this weekend, and the Seahawks won, and I'm getting ready for THREE Gravin Threndor games to start, AND I'm writing a lot, so the good outnumber the bad.

I saw an old friend today that I hadn't seen in a while. That was good. But the Bears lost, basically because their Offensive Coordinator is a dope. So I guess today was a half and half day. But tomorrow is another day. :)

I respect your coach much better than mine...ack! :P

Hey Cov! Hate to overstate the obvious but after, say, 38 years of research: relationships and, even more so, marriage require a hell of a lot of work! :R

Hmmm, so things look good...will be back on my regular time-slot for at least the rest of the month, and in theory, the rest of the year although I wouldn't go so far as to claim to be certain of that. :D Still, anything is better than nothing. ;)

Later guys. :D

Yes. Proper dates; flowers; etc. If certain things - actions, words, gestures - help you win a woman's heart, it is unwise to stop those things after. It's not like, "I made it. Now I can stop the effort, but all the benefits that come from that effort will continue."

Wow! It seems the worst things going on are sport-related.

I think we can all live with that!

Today I'm good. 3.5 days left at work, then a 4 day party, then a 5 day chill.

It wasn't quite like that, and if we're not apportioning blame, I think it's a little unjust for you to do so. We both just sort of drifted away from dating...we got too comfortable, I suppose. It's probably an oibvious thing, but only when looking from the outside.
