Sorry ninjaboy...was posting when you were so didn't see your comments.

Well, I only bought the hardcover. The arc's were hand-me-downs from some dude who didn't want them. ;)

Have fun in India. We will miss ya! But hey, if they're not playing AFL take over a footie and teach them!!! Go on! If you take a deflated ball over then it won't take up much space in your bags!

Hey, quietly pointing out that Lee and Clarke destroyed their batting order today wouldn't go amiss! :D

Yeah - actually I have a few of those tiny footies you used to get from Maccas and the like that I can take.. It will be good fun!

As regards the 'hijacking' of this forum - I honestly don't think we should feel sorry about that. I know I don't.. And the OTHER downside to living here is that Donaldson (or SD as w know him) doesn't do any publicity work here whatsoever..

You know what I've taken to doing? I've been picking up some secondhand copies of Lord Foul's Bane and the Illearth War and have been lending them to my friends (with no expectation of getting them back) to get more people reading these awesome books.. But if they want any more they're going to have to buy them themselves!!!

Anyway while I'm away I'm going to attempt to create some 'fan art' of some of the scenes from the books.. If they're any god I'll show you all at some point..

Well I guess being born in 1950 I trump you good folk by a couple of decades, but hey...SRD provides the level field. My original copy of LFB has gone to that mysterious place all paperbacks go and I gave the rest of the I & II Chrons to my daughter but was left some good copies (hardbound) when my dear mother passed.

Good strategy with dropping the early Chrons into the laps of various relo's and friends NinjaBoy. Be sure to look up on old Shintaro and Tombei The Mist
when in old Edo Town.

Seareach, I hailed from a once pleasant village called Carrajung ( up on the Grand Ridge Road) but havent been back there for a look since '71 for a look.
wandering through the landscape,,never the same view or is it rooted to the spot I am and thus, deceived by a passing parade?
