As far as earthblood. . . well, I can't say that I could resist that. But ordering me to drive hundreds of miles to eat sushi seems a little odd, in light of what other things you might do.

That, and I do have some few morals.
No. . . Muad'Dib trained guards to resist the Voice. If you know what is happening you can work to resist it.Tsukasa Logged Out wrote:Wait. You're trained to resist Voice?
Are you a Reverend Mother?
Step into my parlour and find out.Wyldewode wrote:Tsukasa Logged Out wrote:

I always thought there was a difference between what Muad'Dib did to his guards and what the mentats like Idaho and Teg were able to do in resisting voice. Idaho and Pre-T Probe Teg would never have been able to actually kill a Reverend Mother. They were not compelled by Voice, but it still took them a non-neglibible amount of time to resist it. The Death Commandos, on the other hand, didn't seem to have the same problem (Stilgar was able to kill Mohiam, for example.)Wyldewode wrote:No. . . Muad'Dib trained guards to resist the Voice.
