Tonight and tomorrow I will be preparing the two formal seder festive meals for Passover. They are pretty much the same ceremony two days in a row. So the menu will consist of the following, with only the entree changing.

matzah
horseradish
parsley in salt water
charoses (chopped apples, nuts, and wine)
The Festive meal
Appetizers
hard boiled egg in salt water
gefilte fish with horseradish
chopped chicken livers
matzah ball soup
Festive Meal
braised in kosher for Passover Coca-cola beef brisket or
braised beef short ribs (Wolfgang Puck's recipe)
asparagus in balsamic browned butter
garlic mashed potatoes
apple stuffed acorn squash
home made matzah meal rolls
tsimmis (vegetable stew of carrots and prunes with seasonings of cinnamon and mace and flavored with concord grape wine)
Dessert
strawberry soup
matzah caramel crunch
Since we traveled five hours yesterday to get here, I have shopping and cooking yet to do.
