I can too...but it's no big deal compared to being able to fart on command. Now that's practical! Sometimes you really need to clear a room or get rid of a particularly obnoxious person. :P

I was editor of my school paper in my second-to-last year of high school and my editorial won a national journalism award.

Yeah, well I was News Editor on two different college newspapers and won the "Troublemaker" award for investigative journalism. Aaaah the days before purple journalism and force fed thinktank brainwashing. :P

I have a very superficial ulnar nerve (funnybone) in my left elbow. At least 2 times a week I bump it on something and my 4th and 5th finger on my left hand go numb. Once I bumped it so hard I got incredibly nasueous and vomited from the pain. You'd think I'd learn to stop bumping it on things but no..........

One upper molar on each side of my mouth has a longer than average root, so that it almost collides with my sinuses. The upshot is, whenever I have a cold or allergies or whatnot, I usually get toothache in those two teeth as well.

Probably not that unusual, but no-one else I've spoken to has had it.

Although not as sensitive as yours sounds, I have a nerve bundle near my left clavical that is very painful when pushed on. And believe me my wife knows right where it is... 8O

Okay, cool. What does that phrase mean?
