Note from June 27th
AllFather wrote:I don't intend on going on hiatus or stopping the game altogether. So turns may be slow in coming .... Turn 8 is about 35% complete, and I hope to use the holiday to work on it; hopefully I should have it ready by the end of next week, maybe even earlier....
And a cryptic hint (with no % complete on July 11)

Where has the AllFather gone ? :?

Hmmmm ... perhaps, besides his PhD, he now has an AllGirlfriend!! 8O 8O We will never see him again!! :hairs:

I'd be more than willing to forgive him if he was so absent because of a babe. There are priorities in life, after all. But education before Pantheon?? I'm sorry, but that's crap.

Fear not, cryptic hints are still forthcoming, although perhaps a bit slowly... today we'll talk about, lessee, an army of bloodthirsty ghouls swarming over a god's city and razing it to the ground... hmm, we can also mention the fact that someone's further investigated that big secret I mentioned months ago, discovering something startling. Oh yes, and one of the Second Age final gifts has begun to make an appearance as well.

Oh, and Fist, careful about what you say - see, it's this sudden spin on education that will allow me to go to Washington DC in three months, so you should actually encourage it :P

You did... sort of. At least, I have some very vague guidelines you sent me via PM - I'm basing your actions on those, although they probably won't be as efficient as if you had sent orders directly.

Oh, more cryptic hints... there's offspring coming for a deity or two!

HA! I don't believe a word of it. Xar is just making stuff up on the fly. He hasn't even read our turn submissions... ;)

Well, it was just one order, as I was not in the mood for using all my drps.

Anybody else having trouble with the map? I can't help but consider the possibility that Xar is updating it. :D

Now, you know from experience that you would have gotten your results first, if that was the case . . .

Sorry, I had to shoot that dove of your hope before it flew too far.
