I have a low opinion of Elder Scrolls: Oblivion. It's a very weak RPG.jacob Raver, sinTempter wrote:I didn't include Elder Scrolls, seems to me that its more a RPG/Action game then a Action/RPG...know what I mean?

Most hard-core RPG'ers seem to have that opinion of it...

I've only been playing Oblivion for a few days, but I'm really enjoying it so far. In mythology, setting and atmosphere it's far inferior to Morrowind, but a lot of the gameplay mechanics are better.Loremaster wrote:I have a low opinion of Elder Scrolls: Oblivion. In any case, I've played very few of the listed games. From this selection I'd probably go with Mass Effect (unless we place Morrowind in Oblivion's slot, in which case my vote changes).
Despite all the praise various people heap upon Deus Ex, I found it an irritating playing experience. Ambitious (which is good) but ultimately mediocre.
Honourable mention goes to the Legacy of Kain series - the most convolutedly plotted and superbly acted series of games I've ever played.

Deus Ex deserves to win no matter what list it's placed on! Easily the best video game ever!
