Nah, I'm in Stevens Point, been here for a couple years...

Yah, some of my old friends would get pulled over or tailed just for 'being black while driving'...

I know a few people who have gotten tickets for that offense.
One person I know was driving extra carefully because of the neighborhood, and got a ticket for "obstructing traffic" (the only other car around was the cop car, which had been parked before coming to pull him over).
