New Zealand is no theory; it really exists. BTW, can both the Land and Middle Earth fit on that island?
Dandelion don't tell no lies
Dandelion will make you wise
Tell me if she laughs or cries
Blow away dandelion
I'm afraid there's no denying
I'm just a dandelion
a fate I don't deserve.

There r a bunch of ancient volcanoes in NM. The Valle Gande, that the Elohimfesters are visiting on our field trip, is the product of 7 volcanoes that imploded and caused, perhaps the the biggest eruption on the face of the Earth. Fragments from that eruption have been found as far away as Columbia and N. Dakota. Over millenium that area has turned in2 1 of the most fertile places on earth and during the spring can resemble Andelian at times.

Where in the world is The Land?
Anyone here ever read Terry Brooks? His review of SRD's Lord Foul's Bane was included in the softcover version.
His stories take place in the "future". Tolkien's take place in the past.
I wonder if SRD even imagines it being the same planet at all.

Something there is in beauty.
