Well, uh, I just tried. Nobody has anything to say. (Except Bel, who, being Bel, only wanted to be snotty.)

Then say something else?

We are not here to entertain you. If you want Panversation, you must put on your Zephyr hat and Panverse with us too. Else, I shall call you Menolly, who also wants to watch the rest of us banter while sitting back and just soaking it all in.

I dunno, why don't you go say something to your long lost sister? I'm sure she's not feeling the love of her older brother who's been blowing her off all these years.

You big meanie.

What I intended was to point out that your comment was so void of substance that there was no answer to be given except, perhaps, "what the heck are you talking about?" And that wouldn't have been in character, so Bel just chose to ignore what looked like vague rambling.

Numen, I know I want more IC interactions than anyone else here, and I usually work for it. A lot more than most, in fact. If we went back and counted, I suspect we'd find that my characters have posted more than anybody else's, and more than several other players' combined. When things are slower than I'd like, I sorta grin and bear it. And now I've come up with a word for it, and thought I'd share it with you all.

I don't think I accidentally ran over your dog. I'm sorry if I did. Or are you posting while intoxicated? Or is there a pill you can take? Or maybe you should simply bite me.

Yeah, Murrin, Z was being intentionally vague. He was hoping to have some fun with the situation.

Hey, I resemble that remark.
"It is not the literal past that rules us, save, possibly, in a biological sense. It is images of the past. Each new historical era mirrors itself in the picture and active mythology of its past or of a past borrowed from other cultures. It tests its sense of identity, of regress or new achievement against that past.”

Hey now...
I'll talk all day out of character. I just really suck at in character banter...

Turn deadline was Epiphany (January 6th), Murrin, but Xar has said he won't start processing until the 12th at the earliest, due to not returning to Heidelberg until the 11th.

Thus far, I have received turns from 11 out of 17 players... In the interest of ensuring fairness and because the deadline has already been effectively prolonged, I will be giving latecomers the chance to send their turns in until Friday, Jan 15; after that time, no turn submissions will be accepted and i will begin processing - even if some haven't sent in anything yet...

um...
That seems a pretty high number, AllFather.
Is it possible some were sent and not received?

I know in one of the other games, a turn or two were sent but had to be searched out. Is there anyway of confirming receipt of turns with those who did turn them in?

I rarely have any idea what any of the other gods are up to. I just keep up with stuff relevant to myself, for the most part.

I agree with Murrin.

However, with all the players who have left ... there is less and less of the inter-deity drama and epic rivalries of P2 and early P3. Perhaps the Bel and Rothmog conflict contains that type of excitement. Unfortunately not much is apparent in the general turn posts.

Nonetheless, I intend to continue Madadeva for the present ... unless he has been taken out by someone! ;)

Yeah, me neither. I think about Pantheon a lot. I usually have at least a couple future turns written, which I edit as needed each time results come out. I'm always planning new things. I txt IC with whoever will.

But I know next to nothing about what anybody else is doing.

Speaking of which, I must say, I was sad when the Void's people did not contact Z when it was revealed that Z never had any intention of killing himself. Although, considering he hit their ally, I guess it's not at all surprising or out of character that they didn't. (I'm not revealing info OOC. Dorian posted about it some pages back.)

Yeah, I have a lot less idea of what everybody is doing (and a lot less interaction) than in either of the previous ones. I'm just playing my own game right now, and seeing what happens.

If it helps, in P4 I intend to be playing an actively hostile bad guy, and trying to be vocal about it.

I also intend to replace Bel's Prophet, at long last, so there'll be at least some character involved in his actions.

I'm in the same boat as everyone else. I've been so preoccupied with my own character that I'm constantly asking Fist what happened in the current round, heheh.
