This is the kind of protest that actually presents their faith in a positive light. I hope that more of the majority of Muslims (i.e., NOT murderous fanatics) model their responses on this.

I think that world wide, there are plenty of moderates protesting in a non-violent way.

I also think that article capitalises on the generalisation that the majority of protests are violent, if not downright murderous.

Yes, a fine way to protest. But surely not as rare a form as appears to be implied?

Probably, but they certainly aren't as loud either. They may even be the majority, but if they are whispering their protests while the extremists yell out their interpretation of their faith...well, that's what the faith is going to become (at the very least, in the eyes of the world).
