Upon locking the Elohim in a box, Jeremiah faces the Worm who then demands:

Worm:All right, where are the Elohim?
Jeremiah: They're not in this box!
W: Oh-ho! So they're in that box!
Jeremiah:If they were in this box, would I do this? (Sticks swords in it)
W:You might, you might.
Jeremiah: Well, what about this? (Heats up the box over a flame)
W:It's possible.
J:Will how about this? (Lights dynamite and throws it into the box)
W:Well, I guess you wouldn't at that...

And you guys wonder why the Elohim don't want to go into one of Jeremiah's Constructs

You forgot the part where Jeremiah breaks the fourth wall and says to us, the readers: "Ain't I a stinker?" :)

As the tidal wave ("tsunami") washes past them, Clyme keeps repeating the words, "knee deep, knee deep..." Covenant, annoyed, finally looks at Clyme and says, "Will you promise to turn back into a frog if I kiss you?"

In TLD, Stave grins for the first time in Haruchai history, whereupon Linden says, "I didn't know you people were British!"
