Not bad. Changed my hair colour today. Also my avatar to match. I'll go back to the old one in a while. Couldn't abandon it entirely as you can see. :D

Looks good, Av! Kind of surprised me, tho, you've had the other avatar for so long. (Maybe I should change mine, too... Dunno what I'd change it to, tho...)

I know...ever since Edge made it for me. I'll go back to it though. This was just for amusement.

I feel good. I have a math test tomorrow. So far my test scores have been 93%, 94% and 98%. If I don't get 100% on this one I'm gonna be pissed.

I'm excited. Tomorrow I'm taking the bullet train to Seoul for the weekend. It will be my first time on a bullet train, and my first time in Seoul.

Right now, I am very glad I did not get that job in Japan that I applied for before applying to the job I have now in Korea. Here's why.

I'm glad you picked Korea too, Owlie. The footage from Japan is heart-wrenching.

My right knee started hurting for no reason a couple of days ago. Bending and rotating it outward at the same time hurt -- so maybe it's tendinitis? Anyway, I put on the knee brace and took ibuprofen at bedtime yesterday, both of which seem to have helped. I think I've got a good excuse to sit around with my foot up this weekend, tho.

Does anyone not care that my ex stole my KIDS?

I care, and I emphathize. My ex decided that my kids needed to go on vacation with him and his new family, whether I said they could or not. Nobody freaked out about it but me. (His older brother's reaction was, "Well, you shouldn't have gotten a divorce." Yeah, thanks, I'll make a note, but right now I don't know where your nieces are and you don't even *care*??)

The end to my story -- not that it will help you right now -- is that the new wife, who instigated the whole thing (and a lot of other crap, and gave my children endless streams of stuff to work out in therapy someday), divorced my kids' father a few years later. He's now on Wife No. 4 (I was No. 2), and the crazy woman has also remarried (this one is No. 3 for her). And my kids, who are now in their 20s, don't want to have much of anything to do with their dad.

So I guess my message is: Stay strong. Things even out.

(For those like Rigel who are confused, it was in a different thread, about Elohimfest, that she mentioned that the ex had taken the kids.)

SoulQuest, yes, of course we care! |G

This was quite an abrupt shift. A few weeks earlier, you had said that the ex might be attending Elohimfest too. You even seemed enthusiastic about that.

What happened? So far, you really have not said much -- other than the raw fact that the ex stole the kids. We feel your upset and we've given you time and space to say more, without pressing for the details.

Now, perhaps, is the time to actually ask you to tell the tale...

He took a restraining order out on me! And now my kids will not talk to me at all! My dad was the only one there for me when Nick was born and he cut the CORD! We have a court date on the 15th if I get my kids back I will let you know. My dad will not let their dad in this house ever again or his girlfriend Tiffany.

Much as I know it is a cheap easy shot...

"Tiffany?" Oh, really?

I know I am certainly in no position to cast stones, but it is tempting!
