I don't suppose there's any way we can get the forum drop-down selections to display the various forums of the watch either alphabetically or by the order it appears?
"It is not the literal past that rules us, save, possibly, in a biological sense. It is images of the past. Each new historical era mirrors itself in the picture and active mythology of its past or of a past borrowed from other cultures. It tests its sense of identity, of regress or new achievement against that past.”

Only in theory. In practice, only Jay (I think ) and (or maybe only) Vain can do it. (I think they can do it.) Which means it's almost the same as if it can't be done... ;)

What I do is when I click on the drop-down, I type the first couple of letters of the forum name. Works, except for ones that start with "the."

LOL. I forgot about that one. Also forgot to delete that post after I tested it out.

Nah, I was just thinking about someone quoting me with my new name formatting and wondering if that would screw with the post formatting somehow (I remember one remark I made once appeared entirely invisible because of the way I punctuated it). Thought I'd see if changing my name to an actual tag would affect anything (at least the quoting of my posts).

I'll change it back eventually, though I'm curious as to how many people will start calling me "[Quote]." (I didn't expect anyone else to use the []'s)

Haha, I did see somebody had quoted you with the [ ]'s and it was broken, but it was a manual one and there was a mistake in the code.

(And since it was manual, they were deliberately using the [ ]'s.)

Manual, with a little trick.

And this is what automatic ones look like.

Some people won't know there's anything else to call you, Caer.

That wouldn't be anything new, eh? In a couple places where I worked, there would occasionally be somebody that I'd known for about a year who would be surprised to learn that my real name isn't Jack.

I always liked it with the "silent" D myself.

(Damn, I found a way your name could break the quote tags...fixed it in my post, but if it can happen once...)

Another Djak I met online once told me it's the Esperanto spelling. I never knew.

I didn't even know that was still in use. Wikipedia informs me differently. :D
