Oh, that's true...
Beorn and I will be at the anniversary celebration of the
Wizarding World of Harry Potter, thanks to me winning the sweepstakes from Universal Orlando on Facebook. I doubt I'll even notice the time at all while there.

I'd like to propose the Kevinswatch 1st centenial 11-11-11 at 11:11 Celebration.
Every century we celebrate 11-11-11 at 11:11am and 11:11pm beginning this November 11th at 11am through 11pm.
I'm in!
Do we start celebrating along with our kiwi Watchers and end with our Hawaiian ones? I think NZ is currently 16 hours ahead of EDT? And Hawaiian time is 6 hours behind EDT? Something like that? So those of us on the east coast of the US would start celebrating at 7:11 pm on the 10th and finish celebrating at 5:11 am on the 12th? I think?
Of course, if there are any Watchers who live further east in to the future than NZ, and further west in to the past than Hawaii, we can always accommodate their time zones as well.

Menolly! Oz is two hours behind NZ! So we win...or does Av win. Av, I'll hang with you! We'll celebrate before everyone else does!

Behind?
Or ahead in to the future, Sea?
My geography is
terrible.
As DPJ mentioned above, DST will end here in the states the Sunday before, whereas I think it begins the same day in NZ. So instead of being 16 hours in to the future compared to EST, I believe NZ will be 18 hours in to the future compared to EST (since we "fall back" and they "spring ahead.") Will OZ be 20 hours in to the future compared to EST at that point?
If so, then those of us here on the east coast of the states would start celebrating at 5:11 pm on the 10th and wrap it up at 5:11 am on the 12th. A full 32 hour celebration! (that is, if I have figured this all out right)
