Yup, Moorcock wrote Black Blade, as well as Veteran of the Psychic Wars and The Great Sun Jester. He wasn't directly involved with Deep Purple's Stormbringer, though from that angle, a ton of bands did music based on his work. (I used to run a site dedicated to such things.)
