Congrats Phantasm, and commiserations to them as needs it.

Was I the only person the Watch was down for yesterday? Couldn't get on at all.

Stupid internet.

In other news, only 9 more working days left before I'm on holiday. And I'm really not getting enough sleep thanks to the new game I got myself.

Hello Watch!

Back to sleep for now, but hopefully home later today.

Thank you, everyone. :hearts:

Yay, a Menolly sighting! :)

Av, must've been a local outage. ;)

Oh jeez, I missed giving congrats to Phantasm for the new job. The news got by me in the general mayhem. Sorry!

I've experienced intermittent outages the last couple of days too Av, which is probably a good thing as I have deadlines coming out of my... deadline tube. And I've been spending way too much time in the garden, planting more summer veg, making trellises (is the plural trelli?), erecting cucumber cages, putting out beer traps for slugs, (swig for me, swig for slug, repeat until merry), plus a bunch of pot moving <-- no, that is not a euphemism for drug-trafficking.

Anyway, my body is fooked <-- it's not swearing if you spell it like that, it's gone midnight and I must departski.

Thank you all.
Lucimay and Jenn, the mojo candles surely helped. :hearts:

Was just told I can go home "when you're ready." I walked the floor today and am feeling a little dragged out, so am going to rest a bit more before getting dressed.

But I will get to sleep in my own bed tonight.

It hasn't been down for me, but I've had periodic errors over the past few days, and had to re-load the page. But no times when I couldn't get on at all, like you're saying.

*snort*

I may need to take some radioactive pills in a week or so though...

Am finally at home after a stop at the pharmacy for my new daily-for-life medication (sigh), a stop at the gas station, and an early dinner at Chop Stix Cafe of tom yum soup and panang curry.

I am finding warm liquids are easier to swallow than cold. Fascinating.

I'm tired. Had what felt like a long day at work. Had to school Derek. Jayson asked me why I had been so high strung lately when Sal got on my nerves again about CPD stuff. I guess I have been frustrated with some stuff but nothing I can't handle however he made me realize that I have been a little more on edge and quick to annoy recently. I think I need to have another uninhibited laugh session with Sorus tomorrow to reset my head. I'll post details about my day in the usual spot if anyone wants to hear more.

Glad to hear you are doing fine, Menolly.

Av... about that "glitch" in the watch.... Guess you forgot it was your turn to be the victim of the random ban stick testing system.... :P Danlo must have forgotten to send you the reminder memo...
Now if I could just find a way to wear live bees as jewelry all the time.....

Pretty funny when according to my display, you posted that at 13h30.

Yeah, it just timed out the whole day for me. Hell of an annoying...I tried about 6 of those "Is it up?" sites, and half said it was down, but the other half said it wasn't.

Stupid internet.

Yeah, and mine said 8:30am. I almost posted something to that effect, but it would have made me late for work.

Fell asleep last night about 7:30; woke up about midnight; scanned the Watch and Facebook for about an hour and went back to sleep. Woke again about 7:00. A little uncomfortable both in throat and at incision, but nothing unmanageable.
Still nothing compares to sleeping in one's own bed. :hearts:

This just made me smile. So much sleep! Sleep can be so lovely.

I think I failed on that count. Borked my foot AGAIN which is going to play havoc with my plans to not buy a train pass next month so I can afford glasses and not have chronic headaches from astigmatism. Have I mentioned that I hate my life? And being broke, which pretty much defines my life these days? :hithead:
