Malware on the Watch??

I was browsing a Mallory's thread and got a big red warning from Google Chrome that Kevin's Watch had been compromised or hacked by yankeepotroast.org, a malware distributor.

Anyone else get something like this?

Specifically this is the link I clicked on. I went back and did it again and got the same thing:

I got a warning on Chrome also, but not on the browser I normally use. Could be something in one of the images linked in that thread?

It's just sarge linking images from dodgy sites again. The images shouldn't cause you any trouble, just be safe and don't visit the host site.

Yep. Just an image, something called xrayspecs.jpg, shouldn't harm your computer if you click "proceed".

But sarge needs to practice safer computer sex. You can't link to just anyone, anywhere you want to, sarge!

I remember when "safer computer sex" meant using those little plastic sleeves for diskettes when they were not in the drive.

Yes, I know...a substantial percentage of Watchers have no idea what I am talking about. That's OK; they are probably outnumbered by those who believe (in general, not just in this post) that *I* don't know what I am talking about.

sorry folks - my filter/virus antistuff did not say it was a dodgson site. i will strive to be more aware in the future,

I believe it appeared after the map - try to remove it, if it helps, the quisling may survive
