We used to have many more Christmas-y emoticons, but they have been gone a few years. My recollection is that someone (perhaps Vain, but I am fuzzy on the details) created quite a profusion of them and the backlash to that swept all but the one out of favor.

To those who've tasted something of the depth and breadth of the love of Christ Jesus, may you have joy in trying to comprehend the Incarnation of Him, "who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied himself, by taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men."
May we comprehend Him not only with mental effort alone, (though the theology is worthy of such) but with the ancient meaning of "knowing," familiarity that comes through experience of another, as through hearing the voice of a friend.
And... what a lovely fun, old-fashioned Christmas scene, Hue.
Thanks!
"People without hope not only don't write novels, but what is more to the point, they don't read them.
They don't take long looks at anything, because they lack the courage.
The way to despair is to refuse to have any kind of experience, and the novel, of course, is a way to have experience."
-Flannery O'Connor
"In spite of much that militates against quietness there are people who still read books. They are the people who keep me going."
