Oops, sorry. Can anybody teach me how to edit my posts to cover up accidental spoilers? (edit:learned by editing this post n goin back to edit previous post). Aside to Savor Dam (love that name, so specific to TCTC yet sounds great to non-TCers{is that a term many understand?}), as i mentioned in my earliest post here, im here mostly in anticpation of Last Dark coming later this year so ive already gone into Last Dark threads n read yesterday abt Strkllr ARC, very jealous n wish i was nearby enough that i might stand even a small chance of reading b4 TLD officially comes out. Ok, enuf OT stuff here. im moving to my own intro thread after this. thanx 4 ur responses. (will check back here once in a while, new to this regular boarding thing; as stated above-joined here b4 n also fireflyfans.net but never stayed long, hope i can be regular here even after TLD comes out, then maybe SRD will write the long-awaited continuation of the Man Who series, fingers crossed tightly). Avatar, just read ur response after editing prev post. Need to learn how to PM n read PMs to me to do that (dont worry, if i cant figure it out in a day or two, ill contact u sonehow or ask how to do it on an appropriate thread, thanx).

Welcome, Sffasia. I hope you're not related to Aphasia; that would be problematic. I can tell you've reserved an F for Fantasy.

How are people supposed to know which previous one you mean - the one previously on the forum or the one from much earlier - from the books? I did deny being one of them, but not the other

As much as this is not my style generally, usually and in any normal circumstances, I certainly have to admit brilliance when i see it. So, did you take a bath there, since you managed to forget about it? Surely you won't remember, I mean just by logic.

Got to mention Vraith as well for pointing this out for everyone.

Greetings, Sffasia. ...and in case it matters, let it be known except for when she first joined the Watch, Menolly tries not to darken either sub-forum with her presence. ;)

Wow, so many replies in a newbies welcome-catchall thread, if i had posted here around 2004-2006, i might still be around without needing resummoning.
Thanx, sindatur, wayfriend n Lord Foul, also Menolly, Avatar, sgt null n Savor Dam. Hello to Rexleith.
Yeah, my board name is from my email which in turn was gonna be a blog-type website abt f-n-sf back ard 2003-2004, never got it off the ground, good catch, wayfriend.
Going off to Dissection of Chrons - threads, tried TLD-but even with spoilered -covered text, too tempted by headers, to even go in there too fully. Ill go back after i read it, Hellfire: im so jealous of Savor Dam, Menolly and whoever else has read the ARC of Covenant, copied name from other thread(still lurking quite a bit; old habits n all that).

"ARC of Covenant"

Heh. First time I have seen this reference to the TLD advance reader copy outside the TLD forum.

Most Watchers have noticed my weakness for puns and other wordplay...but this is one I take some pride in. Justified? Mybe not, but there it is.

Perhaps, but it seems meretricious to assume either darkening [or endarkening] is bad in general

And surely on the Watch there may be those who would bask and glory in the unglowness of being darkened by Menolly.

Hello all, I'm back from a hiatus of several years - couldn't recall my old username so registered anew. Yes, it's an awful username but it will have to suffice.

Looking forward to TLD (pre-ordered it today in fact), am currently halfway through my second reading of the 3rd Chronicles - hoping I finish AatE by the beginning of October....
