'Tis dream to think that Reason can
Govern the reasoning creature, man.
- Herman Melville

I am Lazarus, come from the dead,
Come back to tell you all, I shall tell you all!

"All creation is a huge, ornate, imaginary, and unintended fiction; if it could be deciphered it would yield a single shocking word."
-John Crowley

We're discussing Giantish sexuality in Hurn's dissection as a result of Grueburn's (not me, the namesake) love-confession to Linden in the particular chapter. I don't think this aspect of the titanfolk has been hitherto much explored. Add your opinions!

It's a trick! There are no fifty shades of giants, just chaste book talk! I guess you knew I would be lured in, Softy. You are devious.
Monsters, they eat
Your kind of meat
And they're moving as far as they can
And as fast as they can

No, I never promised a resurrected Longwrath wearing a Tom of Finland costume or a massive post-translation smutfest. :P That's for you to post in Bad Illustrating. "Add your opinions". Note I mentioned Foamy as well. We've seen a few Foamswallower jokes floating about, but no concrete speculations.
Also I forgot to mention it's Hurn's first TCTC dissection (I have a rising fever going on and thoughts muddled, englanti ei toimi), and it's always nice to encourage someone by reading kun ovat työstäneet sitä ensimmäistä kertaa.

Ussusimiel, I appreciate your calling attention to the resuscitations I like to do of classic threads on the Watch, and having met you I think you are a super-duper person all the way around!! Alas, the word you're looking for is necromancy, not necrophilia, as Orlion cleverly and subtlely is pointing out. I DO love digging up those classic old humorous and/or otherwise interesting threads for today's Watchers, but I don't love them THAT much!
   :hide:

This said, thank you so much for calling attention to my efforts, and you've created a great thread, here!  :yourock:

And likewise I thank you as well, Frostheart, for the sentiments in this sentence (those that I was able to understand)! You're very thoughtful!  :yourock:
