Self-Portrait 2015

Post by I'm Murrin »

It's time for our annual tradition: Post a picture of yourself as you look at the beginning of the new year. No judgement, come as you are.

kevinswatch.ihugny.com/phpBB2/album_page.php?pic_id=2247

I'm looking pretty scruffy right now, because I'm 8 days into trying to see what I look like with a beard. So far: Not so great, and I think I'd need more than the length of christmas break to get it far enough to really know...

I can't remember how to do it. Tried to take a picture of myself with my phone in the bathroom (so I could see in the mirror) but it wasn't very successful. I did get a photo into Photobucket but can't remember how to get it into the Album. Help!

Edited to say I did it! I'm a lot thinner than I was last year.

Looking good!

And :poke: the rest of you, I've had a cold all week and am not feeling the least bit photogenic, but tradition is tradition.

This is yours: kevinswatch.ihugny.com/phpBB2/album_pag ... ic_id=2248

And thank you, but Ankara is the photogenic one, she just wasn't very cooperative right then. Here's a solo pic of her: kevinswatch.ihugny.com/phpBB2/album_pag ... ic_id=2250

Thanks SD and Sorus.

What a pretty cat. I'm a dog person, but I can appreciate that picture. :D

Ha ha. Not quite. I'm actually thinner than I look there. The jumper I'm wearing is a bit bulky. :D

I really hate pictures of myself, but if it's a tradition ...

Damn. Look at all that grey on the chin and that forehead goes on for miles doesn't it?

Getting old sucks.

Don't worry, Wilding. You're not old, and I've got a great deal more grey than you. I just had some highlights put in so I look a little blonder. :D

OK, I'm just about to head to bed and not feeling too good as I have a cold. I'm not sure how to delete a photo so I'll leave this one as it is - I managed to post a sideways picture.

You can tell by how flushed my face is that I'm not well as I'm not usually that color. Heading to bed now. Good night.

Here goes, in fifty shades of scruffiness, for the nth day in bronchitis. It's not cute or sexy to cough out bits of lung every few minutes. Watching an anime called Claymore, courtesy of my South African friend who recced a bucketful of shows to watch in-between frequent sleeping bouts (think I'll do that now...).
