TS...How old are you? One of the worst cons with ankle fusion is the devistating effect it has on the rest of the body. When the ankle is fused other joints compensate for the loss of ROM and in time they also will deteriate with arthritis due to abnormal motion.

Im in the same spot as you but i rather have some good years now with an ankle replacement!

fredda88 - 43. replacement I ruled out, the ankle is very hard to replace. i am at ease with this decision.
