Hail and welcome Locutius.
You do not hear, and so you cannot be redeemed.
In the name of their ancient pride and humiliation, they had made commitments with no possible outcome except bereavement.
He knew only that they had never striven to reject the boundaries of themselves.

Welcome, Locutius. I hope you are also Loquacious: this forum is not the Forum Romanum, so there's no need to speak from behind a shrubbery!

Hi!
I just joined KW. My main interest the last few years has been in constructing languages. I read more SF than fantasy and more fantasy than anything else. I'm also interested in writing fiction but haven't finished anything yet. I have the first 6 TC books and have read the 7th, but nothing else by SRD. There's probably more I'll think of later.

Welocme to the Watch. Be sure to join the FR forum once you've finished
Fatal Revenant .
There's also forums for SRD's other series as well, so beware of spoilers in those.
Have fun.

I would love to see a collaboration of some sort between ineluctable words constructed languages and Xar's world building...
If role playing games interest you, check out the
Gravin Threndor forum, ineluctable words. Maybe something could be done there...

Welcome to the Watch, ineluctable words!
My best friend once made a language for her series of stories set in an alternate history/geography world. She read about how Tolkien invented languages for Middle Earth, and went from there. For a few years we all learned to speak her language. It was great fun. And then she got married and had a baby. . . and all of the fun things like that fell by the wayside. Anyhow, I'd be interested in hearing more about your experiences in constructing languages.

Hi,
Ive been a fan of everythong Covenant for over 20 years and I now feel I may have something special to "Give back". I am constructing a Covenant bestiary on my website and I would dearly love to hear the thoughts and opinions of true Donaldson fans.

Thanks,
