Heh, that part of my signature was inspired by some of the exchanges in the Political Debate Forum The Think Tank and it can indeed sometimes feel like a Sun of Pestilence :wink:

heh, the first time I read it, I only saw one O at beginning, and tried to think of some kind of joke/pun I was missing...then picture a cloud of chicken bones...[it can rain frogs and sharks, why not dinner-time detritus?]...

New here, but not new to the story

I've read the First and Second Chronicles over a dozen times.... Just recently discovered a (hardback) copy (like the rest of my collection) of "Fatal Revenant", though I haven't even OPENED it yet for great of messing up my digestion of the "new arc"......

I've long thought this series would make an EXCELLENT movie trilogy or graphic novel, as well....

I'm almost 40 and was introduced to this leprous and noble jerk at the age of 13..... And we've walked together- repeatedly- ever since.[/list]

And you mentioned not wishing to mess up the arc and discovering the Last Chronicles just recently - are you aware there are other Stephen Donaldson's books, not only the Chronicles?
