We're all really excited about what's in store for us all. Tomorrow will be a day that we'll all remember for the rest of our lives. A day that will mark the beginning of something so satisfying and so helpful to everyone in this great country I can hardly contain my enthusiasm.

I'll enjoy it for as long as I can.

Had a very comfortable time voting yesterday. Calm, orderly, pleasant with one exception. I was accosted by someone promoting a local candidate as I walked from my car toward the building. They were painfully insistent that I let them talk to me but I politely declined. It was if she didn't bother to listen to me at all and kept insisting, trying to hand me a pamphlet. I told her again no thank you and she kept shouting things to me as I walked away. That was very odd and uncomfortable but it was an isolated incident.

My polling place was in the middle of a Buddhist temple. The booths were between a shrine of some sort and a room of meditating monks. It was a bit surreal.

Oh, a change is coming, feel these doors now closing
