I love ageing actually and I don't feel any different. Retirement has been the best thing though for me... I left as a desk jockey - predominantly sedentary but now with the property to work on each day Ive lost unhealthy weight and feel great. Like your wife Ive battled chronic pain following an injury I sustained and the last few years of my job I was taking heaps of medication just to keep working lolaTOMiC wrote:Skyweir wrote:Hahaha... Heh. My 53rd birthday is next month. 50 something doesn't feel or look old to me. Maybe when I reach 85 like my mom I might think of myself that way but she doesn't so probably not.
