A Robert Jordan Library Forum?

Post by Iryssa »

Would this be too heretical? *grin* I'd be willing to mod (now that my computer's fixed I'll be here regularly), or co-mod (preferrably). Anyway...if there's interest...*shrug* I won't cry if no one wants it though.

I suppose. A lot of people have read the series, and although it isn't quite the same standard as some other authors, WoT can be alright to discuss, sometimes...

The only problem with a RJ forum is, well... Have you guys been to any RJ forums? I'd hate to see that kind of cancer spread to KW.

There is a lot of WoT stuff to talk about, though, and a lot of it doesn't even suck. I'd probably check it out.
"It is not the literal past that rules us, save, possibly, in a biological sense. It is images of the past. Each new historical era mirrors itself in the picture and active mythology of its past or of a past borrowed from other cultures. It tests its sense of identity, of regress or new achievement against that past.”

This place is great :)

Heres a link to a good WoT FAQ:

www.steelypips.org/wotfaq/

Lot of effort must have gone into it.

How about www.tarvalon.net? It's a whole community based on the series. Lots and lots of book discussions, and interesting, too. And all the people are lovely. ;)
