Does Mr. Donaldson read these??? I tried the contact info and there was no way to send him mail, so Mr. Donaldson, I hope you see this and hear my plea...
My husband and I are HUGE fans he's read all 7 books more than twice, I've read a few of them twice. We have a tradition of my husband, Scott, reading to me as I fall asleep at night on the weekends (he works out of town during the week). Scott introduced me to your Covenant books early in our relationship (now 20 years and going) and it is one of the thngs that has cemented us together. Well, we have spent the past several months, a year perhpas and he has read me all 7 books. Now, what is he to read to me?! We are searching for something suitable while we wait for the next book, Please Help! Can't you release it in installments or something? And to have left Runes as such a cliff hanger - that was cruel. Well, we have settled on War and Peace as my "bedtime" story, so please, help me save me from Anna Pavlovna and Count Vasili! With Much Admiration, Judy
PS, I have read GAP series and others and love them as well...
TO Mr. Donaldson from a HUGE FAN: nighttime reading

You can repost this in the Gradual Interview on the official site (www.StephenRDonaldson.com). Not everything on there gets replied to, but they all do get read by him personally.

And then the ravens pecked out his eyes.
Indeed, be welcome!
As for the books, you might want to try some of the other books written by SRD - you could try Mordant's Need for a lighter fantasy, or you could read the anthologies "Reave the Just" and "Daughter of Regals" for several good and intriguing stories... then, if you want to change the genre, there're always the mystery novels or the GAP cycle.
