Off the Watch / On the Watch

This seems new.

Personally, I'm not a fan.

Did we need yet another way to stretch posts further apart on the screen?

Is there a practical benefit to knowing this? Is there a chat invite function?

Maybe make it smaller, 12x12, and put it to the left of the name?

That being said, I always appreciate someone trying to jazz the place up.

Ooh, I like it.

Personally, I don't really think it's big enough to make much difference in the size of the individual post screen. The text in your post took up more room than the icon, and would have taken that amount of space anyway.

Edit: I do see that with the Edgetars it increases the box size slightly.

I much preferred the old, simple online/offline. But the 'on the watch' icon is funny.

Heh, well at least some people like it. I guess I can never win with everyone, though.

I was hoping to make them smaller myself, but after I came up with the Watch joke, I just had to go with it, heh.

If it becomes to annoying, I can always get rid of it, or make it smaller.

And dAN... Your sig is funny, but could you, ya know, make it smaller.

I think it goes without saying that I like it.

The little background pic can be changed or removed at Jay's whim. And it really doesn't make much difference in the size of posts.

Anyway, thanks Jay, it's a nice little feature to have back.

That is exactly what I was aiming for, Jay. But, if you want it smaller, i'll make it smaller.
