Dandelion don't tell no lies
Dandelion will make you wise
Tell me if she laughs or cries
Blow away dandelion
I'm afraid there's no denying
I'm just a dandelion
a fate I don't deserve.

The second one in particular is very helpful in imagining where certain rooms are.
The only one i find confusing is the first one, the angle of the northern face of Revelstone seems really weird.

But if you're all about the destination, then take a fucking flight.
We're going nowhere slowly, but we're seeing all the sights.
And we're definitely going to hell, but we'll have all the best stories to tell.
Full of the heavens and time.

Hmmm... I always got the impression that the tower and the walls on either side were somewhat of a natural formation, as was the cliff that was the face of Revelstone. Fonsted's "Orginal Line of Cliff" line makes it look like the whole thing was carved out of one solid lump.
Her tower is definitely only 150-250 feet high. Not 1000.
And she turned a "wedge" __/ into a veritable pinhead!
I'm going to have to scan my sketches. After I sketch them.

From the scale its almost exactly 1000ft.Her tower is definitely only 150-250 feet high. Not 1000.

Oops I didn't see that weird "Scale" thing. Whodathunk?!Warmark wrote:From the scale its almost exactly 1000ft.
I thought I was being generous imagining the walkways were 20 feet apart. But I see the scale is much huger, why, the door is about 50 feet high by 50 feet wide!
(Have you ever seen a 50 foot high door? It's not conceivable. It's as tall as a four story building.)

Here's the last 2 I scanned; I wasn't sure people wanted to see the interior so much, but it looks like some of you do. There's actually more; if I feel like it, I'll scan them this weekend.
I got my copy off eBay for under $15.

These are very helpful. Just a warning, I am obsessed with small details. I can model this, but it will take time. It took me months to do the Enterprise-A. I will post periodic updates, but it will be a long run. It's going to be really accurate, though.

Most likely the one the Clave used in the Second Chronicles. The ones used to keep the Haruchia and Linden, Sunder and Hollian.drew wrote:...dungeon?

dAN, you have inspired me! I painted Revelstone a long time ago, drew two versions and then did a pen and ink as seen from head on (as if entering the outer gates). I've had a newer version in my head for some time now, but was waiting for the right moment to paint a 45 degree overhead/frontal. I think you have provided my last missing details. So I will break open the chintz/purse and buy some acrylics and canvas as soon as I get back to NM and commence! Thanks!
fall far and well Pilots!

i've had this with actors before, on the set,

cause... i'm from Kentucky
and that's not what we brag about.

They come up on eBay every now and again (I got mine there); there's some on Amazon.com (as Iquestor said) but most don't post outside the US (maybe you could organise something with a US based watcher, although there's one there listed at the moment from someone who ships internationally), or www.abebooks.com I buy regularly from here. Never had any problems and you can sort by location (so you can look for copies located in the UK).Warmark wrote:www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/034531431X/ ... e&n=266239
