I dont recall anyone in the land having been described as wearing a ring, its possible that Rings being worn on the fingers was an unusual if not unused custom in the land. so if no one wears rings and someone sees someone wearing a ring of Silver/Whitegold it may be their first thought... I think i...

I liked it, and I just about had to be dragged to it. Theres something to be said for the more adult oriented version, its watchable. Its not a musical, fantastic Im on board. Ironically the only recent musical that I have enjoyed was Sweeney Todd. Also I think it important to mention that this is ...

I wouldn't argue either! The PS3 was certainly costly when it first came out. I opted for a standalone blu-ray player because, like you, I hadn't been much of a console gamer and so couldn't justify the expense of a PS3 just to watch movies. But the PS3 has dropped a lot in price, hasn't it?...

Yeah, what Sindatu...

I havent seen Battlestar Galactica yet, would Caprica be a good starting point or do I need to watch BSG before Caprica? May rent them on netflicks. I realize Caprica is the Prequel or set in the past of BSG. looks like it should be a good series ..from what i saw of the Caprica Pilot...

the lands reality has never been much of an issue with me... i have always insisted on its reality, if the whole thing is in TCs head then I will be in a serious state of denial when that revelation comes about. but the fact that the last chrons has been written, it almost removes any possibility of...

That's your bias showing. I recognize it so readily because I'm biased to Darrell Sweet's covers in the US. ;) me too..even though Sweet is contemptuous of Scifi/Fantasy. It must be a thorn in his side for him to be so good at something he doesnt like, thats always baffled me. but yes.. out of all ...

I also like this concept of Black and white in our world.... hmmm reminds me of the Wizard of OZ .. I will never forget that moment going from Black and white to the Awesome Color of OZ, if they do ever make a movie for the TCTC, I think that would be an excellent touch, starting the movie in black ...

A friend of mine produced/Directed a movie called Bleeding Vegas, Carradine was the star of the movie. 95% of the budget went to Caradine :)

he used footage from the movie to make a music video for a friend more recently..last year anyway. yep.. he was and still is missed. RIP
