Gunslinger, I'd forgotten those details regarding Pat. That implies that King will introduce yet another timeline into his story. Man, I don't see how he's going to wrap this shebang up in 700 pages. Jake knocking off Mordred is an interesting idea. Susannah does look in deep doodoo, I agree....

Oh I know it's a cliche. I've read enough short stories like that, hell I've even written a few lol. Honestly I don't think we will hear any more on the subject of that character. I just meant that it was the first thought when he started merging book worlds, so I've always had a feeling he'd put hi...

Usaqi, what happened in the Waste Lands that led you to believe King would write himself into the series? Are you clairvoyant? :P The fact that all his stories were starting to show up in the Dark Tower series. Though I thought he would be the guy at the top of the tower just typing on a typerwrite...

I assume we won't. Mr D has said more than once that the existence or non-existence of the Land and its affiliates is no longer an issue of interest. It always seemed to me that the resolution at the end of the first chrons was that it makes no difference whether the Land is real, because TC's reac...

Personally I'm going to wait until all 4 books are out before I even try and read the last chronicles.

Waiting for the four books will be a pain for me. But reading them one at a time and waiting would make it oh so much worse.

Am I the only person who just knew he would write himself in since the Wastelands?
It didn't bother me at all and I didn't even take note that it was him.

Book exchange and my silly friend

I asked my friend to send me his copy of Michael Ende's 'The Neverending Story' to me. He's really cool and lends me books all the time. But the problem is he sent me 'Die Undendliche Geschichte'

He knows I'm a person who prefers things unedited....but bah...I don't know German!

I treat my books like crap. But that is mostly because I buy all my books used and they are already crap.
Except my Manga....I have all the Sailor Moons in mint condition lol

Once I get a job I plan on collecting a few series and will treat them better than I do myself lol ^_^

I don't really blame Harry much for being that upset. Though I thought he was more mature than that.

Although if I were Harry I'd of slapped Dumbledore for not telling me all that stuff sooner  May of helped out a lot in understanding everything.
