It wasn't as good as the other two movies which the director of this film made. (Sixth Sense, Unbreakable) but it was a good film to watch if nothing else is on.

A nine movie saga just couldn't work in my opinion.

This film was a good idea that was let down by a poor story-line and weak characters in my opinion. Wasn't a very good all round film.

I think Smith was a much more well played part on Weaving part that Elrond. Not, I hasten to say that his part as Elrond was played badly; rather to say that Smith was not copied out of a book. I got a different impression from Elrond than the films conveyed.
