What's up with the glossary in Runes?

I just don't get it. I know most of the words/names are from the first two chronicles. And I know that most of them were not mentioned in "What Has Gone Before". So, why put them in the Glossary? Are some of the entries for future books? I don't remember a Ramen rank called Currier. And Ac...

That's something I've never really understood. One would assume that Drool Rockworm was in Mount Thunder when Covenant was summoned in LFB - but why was he placed on KW? Elena summoned Covenant in TIW to Revelstone, and Triock and Foamfollower were on KW when Covenant was summoned in TPTP, so that ...

I agree with AG. Linden sees the Raver in Joan. But Roger's just crazy.
