Me too. Though if you like playing quick and easy word games then in Mallory's we need all the help we can get.

Hey, Rabs. Glad to see you hare. If you're a long time-fan, I hope you chime in with your long-time opinions of the stories. Don't wait for carrots to lure you in.

Welcome!

Oh, a change is coming, feel these doors now closing

Then it would please you both to know that most of what people have to say about world issues may be boiled down to quick and easy word games.

and, belatedly, I add my welcome to everyone's!
"People without hope not only don't write novels, but what is more to the point, they don't read them.
They don't take long looks at anything, because they lack the courage.
The way to despair is to refuse to have any kind of experience, and the novel, of course, is a way to have experience."

Hi everyone,

Having just finished The Last Chronicles two days ago, I naturally felt saddened by the thought that I'll never read a TC book for the first time. Nonetheless, I also wanted to discuss my opinions of the books with other readers and thus I've stumbled upon this forum.

A few other bits of info about me: I actually enjoyed the Last chronicles more than the Second ones, but the First will always be my favourites due to the amazing characters (Foamfollower, Mhoram, Elena, Troy) and Covenant's first experiences in the Land. I've also picked up the Gap books and plan to read them after I finish Gilden-Fire :D

Welcome Wolfe! Definitely don't be shy to jump into any of the discussions that interest you. Options on the Last Chronicles can be a bit mixed, but don't let that stop you. ;)

Welcome, Wolfe, and I hope you'll make yourself at home, here!

Like you, I like the 3rd Chronicles better than the 2nd, but love the 1st Chronicles best of all! :grinlove:

I envy you...you get to read a Gap book for the first time still. (And Mordant's Need? You read those?)
