I have managed to gain many, many by begging. You could try that!!!
The reality is in this head. Mine. I'm the projector at the planetarium, all the closed little universe visible in the circle of that stage is coming out of my mouth, eyes, and sometimes other orifices also.

In a word - defunct. However, if you find your way to the Shop (available through the icon under the main banner if you're using the SubSilver theme) and you want something, you can use them to buy stuff.

New arrival in the Land!

Post by Mystikan »

Hi all, glad to have finally found a way to the Land after all these years! I first read TC about 15 years ago and have just completed my 13th reading of the entire series - yes, it's THAT good, and I find something new in it every time. In a moment of whimsy, I did a search for "Thomas Covenant" in Google - not seriously expecting to find anything recent, since the books were published when I was a teenager...boy was I surprised!

I found kevinswatch straight away, and having done some visualisations (read: fan art!) from the books (my hobby is graphic design) I sent them to Jay over at kevinswatch to see what he thought - and he liked! You can see my contributions on the kevinswatch fan art page if you're interested.

Anyway, Jay suggested I sign up to the forums, so here I am! I look forward to finally being able to talk about my favourite fantasy epic with like-minded travellers! (I've tried for years to get friends and family to read the books, but they say things like "SIX books!!! 500+ pages EACH!!! Forget it!" Wimps.) So expect to see more of me in the Land from now on! :-)

Oops, it's 6 am here and I've been up all night... better be bold to go where the dreaming goes! Back soon! :-)
